Return policy

Cancellation
 
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
 
Returns (if applicable)
 
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service by email for the nearest return address to you. Customers only need to pay shipping costs once (including returns); no restocking fees are charged to consumers for returned products.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
 
Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)
